Countdown to Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day is almost here!! To make sure we celebrate properly in our house, I had Kyle do this activity with me. I gave him 7 pieces of paper from a notepad, and I took 7, and we each wrote down fun ideas to make the days leading up to Valentine's Day special. None of mine required going out or spending money, but Kyle said a lot of his were going out. So we wrote our initial on the folded up paper so I couldn't sneak a peak while I made the garland. I'm so excited to do these everyday starting February 1st!
I used my Cricut to make the shapes and numbers. I always forget I have that thing but it makes cutting soooo much easier!!
This would be a fun idea for kids too! I thought of one that would be more fun with kids: "Bake something heart-shaped." For your lover it can be romantic or silly like "Pretend the power is out and spend the evening by candlelight."
